- Returned item needs to be received by UbeBalln.com within 15 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on Internationl returns.
- Returned Iterm should be in new condition and with original packaging if applicable.
- Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
- Since most merchandises are custom made or special ordered from manufacturers, we charge 15% restocking fee for item returned.
- Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be process once we receive the item.
